Our products are produced upon order. This means each item is custom-made based on your specific selection. As such, please note the following:

  • Right of Withdrawal: Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, unless the product is defective or damaged, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at tamarotigro@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
