🌀 When will my order ship?

Each piece is crafted just for you after your order is placed.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


📦 How long does delivery take?

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • Germany & EU: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Switzerland: 7–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur during drops, holidays, or high-volume periods.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes—Tamaro Tigro ships worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.


🧵 Why does my embroidered item look slightly different from the photo?

Because we embrace imperfect magic.
Each embroidered piece is mood-driven—thread color or detail may vary slightly depending on the moment of creation. Every garment is one-of-a-kind.


🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Since each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • in any other cases - contact us we will find a solution to make you happy 

In these cases, contact support@tamarotigro.tv within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.


🧼 Where do I find care instructions?

On a printed QR code—scan it to unlock care tips and possibly a hidden message from the Tamaro Tigro dimension - or you will find a "classic" label inside of your garment which care instructions - but do not hesitate to contact us if you are new to garment care.
