📦 Return Policy for Custom-Made Products
At Tamaro Tigro, each product is crafted specifically upon order, reflecting our commitment to personalized design. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds, except under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at tamarotigro@gmail.com. Provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: Should you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Note: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
